Where are your products from?
Products from POODLECRAFT are all handmade and are unique. Materials are usually sourced from Singapore, Japan, England and Taiwan.
How long does it take for "made-to-order" products to reach me?
It will take up to 7 working days for items to be made and dispatched during NON-PEAK periods.
During PEAK periods, it will take up to 10- 14 days.
To what extent can I "customize" a product?
POODLECRAFT will be glad to FULLY customize a product just for you. You name it, POODLECRAFT does it!
Drop an email with the specifications, e.g. item name, size, material, colour, prints, text, and item will be churned out as best as it can.
Additional charges will be incurred.
How long does it take for a fully customized product to reach me?
It will take up to 10 working days for items to be made and dispatched during NON-PEAK periods.
During PEAK periods, it will take up to 14 days.
I need a "made-to-order"/fully customized product urgently, can it be done?
Yes. Additional charges will be incurred.
1) Within 1 working day: +30% of product cost
2) Within 2 working days: +20% of product cost
3) Within 3 working days: +10% of product cost
How often is the website updated?
The site is updated every other day. You can join the mail list and POODLECRAFT will mail you when there are new updates and/or sales!
What should i do if i have more questions regarding a product?
Feel free to ask POODLECRAFT a question on formspring or email POODLECRAFT @ poodlecraft@gmail.com.
Alternatively, chat with POODLECRAFT using the chatbox located at the right panel of the site.
How do I purchase?
Kindly leave a comment specifying desired size/ colour with YOUR EMAIL. Once order is confirmed, an invoice will be sent.
All payments are to be made within 24 hours once order invoice has been sent out.

What kind of payment does POODLECRAFT accept?
POODLECRAFT accepts internet banking transfers from DBS and POSB account holders, and payments via PayPal.
What account should I transfer to?

How do I make payments via Paypal?

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! Bulk discounts will apply when more than 20 pieces per unique item is ordered. Kindly enquire.

What are the postage charges?
1) Normal Postage
1st item S$1.50
Next item: S$0.50 each
2) Registered Mail (highly advised)
1st item: S$2.74
Next 5 items: S$1.00 each
Subsequent items: S$0.50 each

Do you conduct meet-ups or self-collections?
Meet-ups are available at POODLECRAFT's conveience only.
Self-collections are available on Sundays only. (Please make an appointment at least 24 hours in advance)
I opted for normal mail and have not received my order since 2 weeks after the arrival of the goods?
We emphasize that POODLECRAFT will not be liable for any loss of items. If the item is still not received after 2 week after we posted it out, the chances of the mail being lost are relatively high.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Is there any refund/exchange policy?
All items sold are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless defective.
Defective items are allowed to be exchanged with the SAME item within 7 days only.
The item that I bought for a friend does not fit him/ her. Can I exchange for a different size/ colour?
Depends. Kindly enquire.
