Was soooooo busy preparing for the shelf at The Blog Spot Haji Lane that I couldn't update at all! Barely had any sleep as well!!
Last week, a customer who got herself a
Poodle Rubber Stamp sent me a picture of her poodle! Introducing.... KAY KAY!!
Beverly wanted the large stamp so she could fill in the collar for Kay Kay in pink!
Kay Kay is also a toy poodle but bigger than toto.. about 5kg.
Toto is only about 3kg at her matured size. :)
For your info, Toto is smaller than a usual toy poodle because she is a
tea-cup-and-toy in-between.
Specially made this pair of satin pink pillows for Melanie on request. She loves pink.
Am experimenting to come out with new products, with colours, now. The cons of having my products made in black are that they're easy to match, they will not get dirty easily, the colour is unisex, and most importantly, black is timeless. However, I realized that when these plain-coloured items go on to the shelf, they seem rather unattractive. People are more attracted to colours, blings and what nots when walking around a store.
Presentation for my items are really the most crucial because they are not the common rings, purses or necklaces. People who don't bother to take a closer look at them wouldn't know what they are for! That really doesn't do justice to my items!

We left the store for NEX!! Met Jing and her Maltese, Butter,
Melanie and her Yockshire
terrier, Yuki.
This is Yuki chasing after Toto non-stop at the K-9 enclosed area I think he is totally love-struck!!! He kept running after Toto and kept attempting to hump her!!! Lucky thing Melanie pre-amp ted that he will do so and wore on pampers for him prior to meeting us. haha!
It was so wierd because onlookers were crowding around the area to look at the puppies in it. Owners of the puppies are also walking around or sitted in the area, so it really made all of us look like animals in the Zoo. It's so funny (not that funny actually) because dogs aren't exactly uncommon in Singapore, right? Why do people stand around our dogs or point at them when ever they walked pass????? It really made the dog owners feel very uncomfortable.
Even when we were in the pet's cafe, people were crowding outside the glass door, pointing and staring and all the dogs inside and would stay there for like a good 5 - 10 minutes looking totally amused.
Speaking of which, the pet's cafe, called the Doggie Style Cafe, served REALLY BAD food. They probably get patrons only because they allow pets and serve dog food. Dog lovers would definitely patronize because they either wish to dine with their dogs, or they want to let their dogs play with the other dogs inside. Other than that, I dont really see why anyone else should or would go there. Pricey, and not exactly pleasurable for the taste buds.
Toto sitting on my lap because she didn't want to get chased all around by Yuki. She's probably also sulking because she knows that the plate of burger and mashed potatoes in front of her taste horrible.
However, if you would like to get something for your dog, you can try the doggie ice cream. It's in a big cup and cost barely $3.90. Quite a fair portion. We decided to buy one to be shared among Toto, Butter and Yuki because many other owners also got for their dogs and they seemed to like it!!! Jing tried and said it was slightly sweet. Butter didn't like it. Butter is a very health conscious dog who EATS RAW VEGETABLES!!! Jing fed her the salad (without the sauce) and she happily gobbled them up. Toto will never eat raw vegetables hahaha. Toto and Yuki loved the ice cream though! Both of them licked till their spoons were super clean!
One other funny thing which happened, was that a father actually asked his daughter to "go ask auntie whether she wants to sell her dog." OMG? WHY WOULD WE OWNERS EVER SELL OUR DOGS TO YOU? Especially when we took them out with us? Doesn't that show that we love our dogs? If we didn't love our dogs, we wouldn't even bring them out already!! Secondly, no owners would ever ever ever sell their dear pet dog to you IF IT IS SO SUPER DUPER ADORABLE, like Toto!!!

Alright so today I finally had time to do some other stuffs.
Prepared this set for Corde so I can pass to her tomorrow together with a Macbook Sleeve that she ordered from me some time ago.
Meeting her for dinner!!
